Jardin Holding, already owner of the "Hibourama" fashion brands (bags and accessories) of the founders Rachele Mancini and Maila Ferlisi and of the total look brand MVP Wardrobe created by the designer Maria Vittoria Paolillo, has recently finalized the acquisition of the children's fashion brand Nanán.
J.Jardin therefore continues with its strategic plan to create an Italian group of brands emerging contemporary luxury Made in Italy through acquisitions and partnerships with companies, brands and designers and does so by focusing on Nanán.J. Jardin will invest in the organic growth of the brands in its portfolio (Hibourama, MVP Wardrobe and Nanán) through innovative communication strategies on traditional and digital channels. The objective is to create an integrated platform of strategic support for current and future employees brands, promoting synergies, growth, visibility and success on the national and international market, promoting the excellence and know-how of Made in Italy.
J.Jardin's plan is to reach 30 countries and cumulative revenues of 50 million over the plan.
